The Calendar gives your team a unified view of all upcoming wedding dates and scheduled meetings — perfect for checking availability and planning ahead.
What the calendar shows
The Calendar displays two types of events:
- Wedding event dates — the date set on each wedding record
- Meetings — all scheduled meetings linked to couples or weddings
Events from all weddings across all statuses are shown (unless Archived). You can see a wedding's name and status on the calendar entry.
Colour coding
Wedding dates are colour-coded by status so you can identify the stage of each booking at a glance:
- Orange — Enquiry
- Blue — Planning
- Green — Confirmed
- Grey — Completed
- Red — Cancelled
Meetings appear in a distinct style to distinguish them from wedding event dates.
Navigating the calendar
Use the left and right arrows to move between months. The calendar opens on the current month by default. Click any event to jump to the wedding or meeting record.
Editing dates from the calendar
The calendar is read-only — you cannot drag and drop events to change dates. To change a wedding date, open the wedding record and click Edit Wedding. To change a meeting time, open the meeting record directly.
Permissions
Users need the Calendar permission to see the Calendar in the navigation. Admin users always have access. Grant it from Users → [user profile] → Permissions.
