Getting Started

Most venues are up and running within an hour. Our onboarding wizard walks you through adding your venue details, packages, and team members. We also offer a free onboarding call with our team.

Yes! We support CSV imports for client and wedding data. Our team can also help with data migration from other platforms — just get in touch and we'll sort it.

Not at all. Weddinguru is designed to be intuitive for non-technical users. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can use Weddinguru. Our onboarding call and help centre are there if you need extra support.

Weddinguru is a fully responsive web application that works beautifully on phones and tablets. A dedicated iOS and Android app is on our roadmap for later in 2026.

Features & Platform

On the Professional plan, the portal uses your venue name, logo, and brand colours. On the Enterprise plan, you can fully white-label with your own domain (e.g. planning.myvenue.co.uk).

Absolutely. All plans support multiple team members with role-based access control. You can set permissions so staff see only what they need to. Professional and Enterprise plans have unlimited seats.

Professional and Enterprise plans include all modules: music & DJ planner, order of the day, menu & catering, seating planner, transport, accommodation, photography brief, floristry, supplier contacts, contracts, and automated reminders. More modules are added regularly based on customer feedback.

Yes. Calendar sync with Google Calendar and Outlook is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. All key wedding dates, viewings, and planning meetings sync automatically.

Payments & Billing

We connect to your own Stripe account, so payments go directly to you with no additional fees from Weddinguru. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (typically ~1.4% + 20p for UK cards).

Yes, monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans can be cancelled with a 30-day notice period. You retain access until the end of your paid period.

No. Professional and Enterprise plans are flat monthly fees — unlimited weddings, unlimited team members. We don't charge per wedding or per seat, ever.

Security & Data

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), stored on UK-based servers, and we are fully GDPR compliant. We perform daily encrypted backups with 30-day retention.

Fully. We act as a data processor on your behalf. Our DPA (Data Processing Agreement) is available to all customers. All data is stored in the UK and EU. We never sell or share your data.

Yes, always. You can export all of your data in standard CSV and PDF formats at any time, from the account settings page. We believe your data is yours.

Support

All plans include email support and access to our full Help Centre. Professional plans add live chat (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm UK time) and a free onboarding call. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager and SLA-backed response times.

Yes. Every Professional and Enterprise plan includes a free 1-hour onboarding call. Additional training sessions are available for teams on Enterprise. We also have a comprehensive library of video walkthroughs in our Help Centre.
